Through a combination of authentic Muay Thai drills and conditioning exercises, this class will improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and overall fitness level. No prior experience is necessary – our experienced instructors will guide you through every step of the way. 


This is a great option for those looking for a challenging and effective workout that will tone their entire body and improve their coordination.  Muay Thai is a traditional martial art that uses eight limbs – punches, elbows, knees, and shins – to deliver strikes.  This conditioning class will incorporate many of these techniques into a workout that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.
