Who is this class for?
What can you expect?
Traditional bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats, lunges, burpees etc. as well as their numerous variations. Why these? They are foundation exercises that engage multiple muscle groups at once helping to build strength, coordination, and balance. Added into the mix, are speed and agility, endurance, flexibility, ladder and pyramid drills!
From the coaching side of things, the emphasis will be the power of positivity and that your mindset is everything. Your body is capable of much more than you give it credit for - you’ll learn to push it hard. It can take it and so can you! Learn how to overcome challenges and obstacles through growth oriented thinking that will build in you a positive, resilient mindset.

Although each class is a personal individual battle (you against you), many participants will end up pushing and encouraging those around them.
